WHAT IS THE METHOD TO GET WOMEN IN YOUR FAMILY, WIFE, SISTER OR MOTHERS WHO ARE NOT WEARING HIJAB TO MAKE THEM START DOING IT WILFULLY?

ANSWER 1:

-You need to invite them to gatherings like this

-if they don't wear hijab they will have a problem with Tauheed haakimiyyah

-get them to join study circles like these and their imaan will increase

-they will wear it by themselves if they have high imaan

QUESTION_2:

IF COVERING THE FACE IS SUNNAH AND IF A BROTHER HAVE THE INTENTION OF MARRYING A SISTER, BUT SHE WEARS NIQAB, HOW ONE SHOULD APPROACH THE SITUATION AND APPROACH HER FATHER INSHA ALLAH?

ANSWER 2:

-she should take off her face veil for a sharia reason

-and marriage is one of them

-you should not marry her without seeing her face taaba

-you need to have chemistry before you get married

ANSWER 3:

-This has been discussed in the dars

-only the Hanbali say it is fard

-and within the hanbali scholars some say it is sunnah

I AM A BORN MUSLIM AS MY FATHER WAS A MUSLIM REVERT WHEN I WAS BORN BUT AS I WAS NOT TAUGHT MY DEEN CORRECTLY BY MY PARENTS (DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE) I DID NOT PRACTICE MY DEEN FOR A LONG TIME AND WHILST LEARNING ABOUT THE TYPES OF KUFR IT HAS COME TO MY ATTENTION THAT MAY HAVE COMMUTED VERBAL ACTS OF KUFR (I.E. SAYING YOU CAN CHANGE YOUR DESTINY ETC) DURING THIS TIME (DUE TO LACK OF KNOWLEDGE NOT DISBELIEF).. SINCE I HAVE BEEN PRACTICING I HAVE GAINED MUCH MORE KNOWLEDGE AND I HAVE REPENTED FOR THESE DEEDS AND STAY FAR FROM THEM.. DID I LEAVE THE FOLD OF ISLAM AND DO I NEED TAKE SHAHADAH FOR MY DEEDS TO BE ACCEPTED..?

-it is not completely kuffar

Qadaa predestination

Qadr - destiny

-it is not completely kuffar

-ayat in Quran says that destiny can be changed

-predestination cannot be changed

-the coming of Jesus cannot be changed

Salman (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (Sallallahu alayhi wa sallam) said, ‘Nothing averts the decree except supplication and nothing, but piety prolongs life.”

[Sunan Tirmidhi (4/448) No. 2139, Musnad Ahmad (5/280) No. 22466]

-the rising of the sun in the west cannot be changed

-you cannot change predestine

-but you can change destiny

Allāh blots out what He wills and confirms (what He wills). And with Him is the Mother of the Book (Al-Lauh Al-Mahfûz) (Ra'd 13:39)

QUESTION 5:

1. The Nike sign is a tick mark; can you wear clothes that do not spell NIKE and just have the logo?

2) Also, the day FRIDAY is named after a goddess FRI - i.e., it is the day of FRI, now can we use Qiyaas to accept using Friday instead of Jumaa is Haram?

ANSWER_5:

-all weekdays have this

-it is better to use jummah instead

-and use Islamic calendar instead of Gregorian

-it’s best not to use qiyas and place a burden on the ummah with the week names

-but better to use Islamic terms when you can
