of Actions – (Part 3 of 4)
(14 April -2011)
12. To feel
pleasure / happiness to see killing of the believers and mujahideen
-you cannot
cheer for the crusaders
-you need to have al walaa wal baraa
O you who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians as Auliya' (friends, protectors, helpers, etc.), they are but Auliya' to one another. And if any amongst you takes them as Auliya', then surely he is one of them. Verily, Allah guides not those people who are the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers and unjust). (Al-Ma'idah 5:51)
Example: Hosni Mubarak, he
starved the people of Gaza to please his paymasters, the Jews
-hated by
his own people and Muslims everywhere
-all the
apostate regimes are in a similar pathetic situation
-they expect
their military people to shoot rebels, but they are not going to kill their own
people
-if have any conscience, they will leave the apostate militaries
-Example 1: The Libyan
soldiers ejecting from their aircrafts rather than bombing their rebel brothers
-Example 2: The magicians of pharaoh who embraced Islam and refused to obey the pharaoh and carry out his commands to support his tyranny and oppression (thru their magic)
--Pharaoh employed magicians because he knew the people feared them
--same thing
today: fatwa is implemented in Saudi –
they are told:
--If you reject this regime, you are Khawarijj (rebel)
--but the Saudis have
British, US and French banks w/ ribaa
--Example: today
in Saudi Arabia if you don’t follow the "Sharia" of the Saudi regime,
--which is
the "Sharia" of shaitan; they allow riba banks and accept kufr law of
UN
[Muhammad 47: 25-26] Indeed, those who reverted back [to disbelief] after guidance had become clear to them - Satan enticed them and prolonged hope for them.
13. To spy
for the kuffar
-that is
because they said to those who disliked what Allah sent down:
-"We
will obey you in part of the matter." And Allah knows what they conceal.
-Mi5 went to Blackburn to get Muslims to spy on kuffar (they were swamped with applications)
Contradicting
the Holy Qur’an
Fabricated Hadith:
An-Nisa 4:95 Not equal are those believers remaining [at home] - other than the disabled - and the mujahideen, [who strive and fight] in the cause of Allah with their wealth and their lives. Allah has preferred the mujahideen through their wealth and their lives over those who remain [behind], by degrees And to both Allah has promised the best [reward]. But Allah has preferred the mujahideen over those who remain [behind] with a great reward
Rasul (ﷺ) said: the greatest jihad is to speak the word of truth to a tyrannical ruler
On the authority of Abu Sa'id al-Khudri (RA): the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said, "The best type of Jihad is speaking a true word in the presence of a tyrant ruler." [Sunan Abu Dawud (4/124) No. 4344, Sunan Ibn Majah (5/144) No. 4011, Sunan Tirmidhi (4/471) No. 2174]
[At-Tawbah 9:19] Have you made the providing of water for the pilgrim and the maintenance of al-Masjid al-Haram equal to [the deeds of] one who believes in Allah and the Last Day and strives in the cause of Allah? They are not equal in the sight of Allah. And Allah does not guide the wrongdoing people.
The one who
looks after the guests of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ
وَتَعَالَىٰ) at the Masjid al-Haram,
as good a deed as it is,
-cannot be compare to the one who fights in jihad to rid the earth of shirk and corruption
14. If you
find a safe haven to make hijrah to (but you don’t)
-people say they fear the reprisals carried out against people who believe in Sharia and believe also in Jihad in the apostate regimes more than they do being dumped into the prisons in the west
-because in
these "Muslim" countries you disappear
-whereas at
least in the west, your family knows where you are and can contact you to some
extent, but if you’re arrested in places (such as Libya), they never let you
see your family again
-but
unfortunately most people are not rising up against the apostate regimes
because
-as long as
their needs are met (of food, shelter and partnership), they don’t care about
the Sharia
-but people
who are poor/starving are rising up (what we need ikhlaas an-niyyah = sincerity
of intention)
-we need to make sure the Sharia of Allah is being implemented even when we ourselves are comfortable
The most Islamic
revelation is the Libyan one because they are not suffering poverty /starvation
-yet they are rising up; the kuffar fear this so NATO is trying to take control of this revolution more than the other revolutions
-Egyptians and others are rising up for democracy to replace one taghoot with another so the kuffar not overly concerned.
SHIITE
LIES:
“Allah often lies and does mistakes” [Usool-al-Kafi, page 328, Yacoob Kulayni, Vol. 1]
The Shia believe that at the time of Mahdi’s return Imam Mahdi will resurrect Aisha (Prophet Mohammad’s wife) and execute the law of Hudud on her, for committing Zina (adultery) during her marriage. (Al-Anwar Al-Numaniyah, vol. 1, p. 161, Tafsir al-Shafi, vol. 2, p. 108, Haq al-Yaqeen, vol. 2, p. 256, Hayat al-Qulub, vol. 2, p. 611)
-Shia beliefs are so repellent and obnoxious they have to do taqiyya to hide their beliefs [Imams are God (Jila-ul-Ayoun, Vol. No. 2, Page No. 85)]
-they are five-star
kaafirs, yet they believe they are Muslims
-shaitan is
brilliant at giving false hopes
-founder of the Shiites: Abdullah ibn Saba
Indeed, Allah has heard the statement of those (Jews) who say: "Truly, Allah is poor and we are rich!" We shall record what they have said and their killing of the Prophets unjustly, and We shall say: "Taste you the torment of the burning (Fire)." (Aali Imran 3:181)
-Shiites are
massacring the Sunni Muslims of Iraq;
-they are an extension of the Jews in Israel because their founder was a Jew
Who is he that will lend to Allah a goodly loan so that He may multiply it to him many times? And it is Allah that decreases or increases (your provisions), and unto Him you shall return. (Al-Baqarah 2:245)
If you do not aid the Prophet
- Allah has already aided him when those who disbelieved had driven him out [of Makkah] as one of two, when they were in the cave and he said to his companion, "Do not grieve; indeed Allah is with us." And Allah sent down his tranquility upon him and supported him with angels you did not see and made the word of those who disbelieved the lowest, while the word of Allah that is the highest. And Allah is Exalted in Might and Wise.
Rasul (ﷺ) said: “I am innocent of any Muslim who lives amongst the mushrikeen”
-it is obligatory on us to make hijrah as soon as an opening is seen
Verily! As for those whom the angels take (in death) while they are wronging themselves (as they stayed among the disbelievers even though emigration was obligatory for them), they (angels) say (to them) : "In what (condition) were you?" They reply: "We were weak and oppressed on earth." They (angels) say: "Was not the earth of Allah spacious enough for you to emigrate therein?" Such men will find their abode in Hell - What an evil destination! (An-Nisa 4:97)
-IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, WAZIRISTAN and SOMALIA: are potential havens
Except the weak ones among men, women and children who cannot devise a plan, nor are they able to direct their way. (An-Nisa 4:98)
For these there is hope that Allah will forgive them, and Allah is Ever Oft Pardoning, Oft-Forgiving. (An-Nisa 4:99)
He who emigrates (from his home) in the Cause of Allah, will find on earth many dwelling places and plenty to live by. And whosoever leaves his home as an emigrant unto Allah and His Messenger, and death overtakes him, his reward is then surely incumbent upon Allah. And Allah is Ever OftForgiving, Most Merciful. (An-Nisa 4:100)
-you should
make every effort to leave because otherwise you will be in sin
-why were
you living among mushrikeen?
-the only excuse will be for those who could not devise a plan
15. Go to soothsayers, fortune-tellers, palm-readers, or believe in
the stars
-these are shirk, a concoction of human folly
16. Disobey your parents on things that are reasonable
And your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him. And that you be dutiful to your parents. If one of them or both of them attain old age in your life, say not to them a word of disrespect, nor shout at them but address them in terms of honour. (Al-Isra 17:23)
-if they command you to do something wrong, you can disobey them
-if they are being awkward re: you getting married, you can get another wali and get married
~ YOU CAN NOT OBEY THE CREATION BUT IGNORE THE CREATOR ~
And lower unto them the wing of submission and humility through mercy, and say: "My Lord! Bestow on them Your Mercy as they did bring me up when I was small." (Al-Isra 17:24)
Abu Malik al-Ash'ari reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Among my people there are four characteristics belonging to pre-Islamic period which they do not abandon: boasting of high rank, reviling other peoples' genealogies, seeking rain by stars, and walling. And he (further) said: If the wailing woman does not repent before she dies, she will be made to stand on the Day of Resurrection wearing a garment of pitch and a chemise of mange. {Sahih Muslim: Vol: 2 page 644 Hadith (934) & Book 4 Hadith 2033}
Every woman has 5 needs
-emotional
need to be loved by someone
-spiritual
needs
-intellectual needs
-sexual
-financial
17. Drinking alcohol or be addicted to some
intoxicant
-can’t be a weed-head, crackhead
‘Abdullah
ibn Umar (RA) reported that Allah’s Messenger (ﷺ) said, “If anyone drinks wine
then his salah over forty days are not approved. If he repents then Allah will
relent to him. If he reverts (to it), then Allah will not approve his salah
over forty days. If he repents, Allah will relent to him but if he reverts (to
it) then Allah will not approve his salah over forty days. If he repents then
Allah will relent to him. Again, if he reverts the fourth time, Allah will not
approve his salah over forty days and if he repents then Allah will not relent
to him and He will give him to drink from the river of Khabal.” Someone asked,
“O Abu Abdur Rahman! what is the river of Khabal?’ He said, “The pus of the
dwellers of the people of fire.” [Sunan Tirmidhi (4/290) No. 1862, Sunan Nasa'i
(8/317) No. 5670, Musnad Ahmad (2/35) No. 4917, al-Mu’jam al-Kabir al-Tabarani

When
we cheer for the crusaders, our al walaa wal baraa is non-existent
-those who call mujahideen "terrorists" are not of Islam
(they are Khawarijj)
-they are soft to the kuffar and hard on the Muslims
-to the Saudi Salafi and MADkhalis, say to them: “you are the real dog of the Hellfire!”
What nullifies your actions
12. When you cheer for the kuffar against the
Muslims
-it nullifies all your pious deeds
-it is haraam to pray behind people who do not love the mujahideen
-their hakeemah is a bid'ah
-see: Tahkeem Qawaneen
Muhammad Ibrahim [the shaikh of bin Baaz] said in page 6 of his book Tahkeem al Qawaneen: "Tawheed haakimiyya is the twin half of tawheed Ibaada."
-tawheed hakeemah is the twin brother of tawheed Ibaadah
-snitch
means to inform/report (snitch is UK
word meaning "inform")
-haraam to snitch on them
13. Spy for the kuffar
-those who spy for them, they quote the Hadith that the Qureshi were
tipped off by Haatib ibn Abee Balta'a
-he wrote the letter to protect his family, so he was not a munafiqh
-if we have a Muslim whose daughter committed zina (he gave her 100
lashes); the father is not a kaafir because he followed the Shariah but if he didn’t punish her, he could
be a kaafir.
-if you steal, your hand is cut off (in Shariah law) and if it's not, then whoever doesn't cut it made their own religion, their own Islam
-our natural instincts do get the better of us sometime
-if you take bribes in a courthouse to flog the wrong people (example),
you're a kaafir
-if you take bribes to pass dodgy fatwas, you're a kaafir
-when you introduce corruption into the deen, you're a kaafir
DAAR
UL HARB:
-living in daar ul harb is NOT an excuse to introduce corruption
-many pious brothers are in prison (they did not go against the deen
just because they are in daar ul harb)
-UK prisons are barbaric (no conjugal visits) (no visits for jimaa
between married couples)
-living behind enemy lines, they destroy your life
-they let men rot behind bars and these men are innocent
-in UK, when you're arrested, they let you inform your family
-in some Muslim countries (Syria, Egypt, Dubai) = they don't give you a phone call to let your family know where you are
-if they know you have the Aqeedah of ASWJ or follow Ibn Taymiyyah or
Ibn Kathir, they lock you up
-in daar ul harb, your kids become confused.com
-cartoons: some are
"gay" themed
-cartoon TELL TUBS or SESAME STREET: they have "gay"
themes...
-SIMPSONS teaches atheism, homosexuality, black-magic
-easy to dabble in drugs in these countries
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF MUSLIMS
1) Invited to Paradise and he accepts the invitation (no arguing)
2) You must drag him to Paradise; can't INVITE him so you must put him in the Islamic State
-Alhumdulillah, their ummah prevented them from committing haram
-majority of Muslims fall into the 2nd category.
--in the time of the Rasool (ﷺ), some took their Shahadah but they wouldn't pay
zakah to Abu Bakr
--he had to fight them to fulfill their pillar (paying zakah)
--some came back to Islam, and he forgave them (but he didn't use them on the frontlines; he didn’t trust them)
Abu Bakr DRAGGED the ummah to Islam

-Umar overruled Abu Bakr - he took those Muslims to the front-lines
-they fought w/ zeal and fought with ENTHUSIASM
Umar's good decisions:
1. He asked, “Why not take Ibrahim?:
2. He said tell the women to wear hijab
3. Umar stood up in front of the Prophet (ﷺ) and said don't pray over the munafiqh (see 9:84)
And never (O Muhammad ﷺ) pray (funeral prayer) for any of them (hypocrites) who dies, nor stand at his grave. Certainly they disbelieved in Allah and His Messenger, and died while they were Fasiqun (rebellious, - disobedient to Allah and His Messenger ﷺ). (At-Tawbah 9:84)
4. When Rasool (ﷺ) @ Battle of Badr - he had a Shura (meeting) and said, “set them free so the wealth would be for Islam” but Umar said: a Muslim who has a brother, who is a kaafir, has to chop off the head of his own brother (he did it himself; killed his own uncle)
-many killed their own fathers ... a kaafir is a kaafir
-send a strong message that WE DONT' COMPROMISE ON OUR DEEN, WE WILL
KILL OUR SIBLINGS fe sabil illah
-Prophet (ﷺ) didn't take the suggestion and he was wrong! Umar was right.
~ CAN YOU DO THIS TO YOUR OWN FAMILY? ~
It is not for a Prophet that he should have prisoners of war (and free them with ransom) until he had made a great slaughter (among his enemies) in the land. You desire the good of this world (i.e. the money of ransom for freeing the captives), but Allah desires (for you) the Hereafter. And Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise. (Al-Anfal 8:67)
-not right for prophet to take captives until he creates a great
slaughter in the land (this shows Umar was right)
-“great slaughter” is sometimes referred to as, "warm with
blood"
-man with THREE daughters in Makkah said: “Set me free and I will never fight the
Muslims”
-Rasool (ﷺ) believed him) but @ Battle of Uhud, he came back
and killed Sahabahs
-so the Rasool (ﷺ) was wrong to let him live a year earlier
15. Going to palm-readers, believing in stars,
omens, soothsayers
-many elevators have no 13th floor because the country believes it is
the devil's #
-so Jesus (Isa) had 12 disciples + him = does that mean his jammah was devious?
HADITH: 'Abdullah ibn
Mas'ud reported that the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace,
said, "Paying attention to the bad omen (tayyara) is association (shirk).
It has nothing to do with us. Allah will remove it by reliance on
Him." (Bukhari)
Ibn Umar (RA) narrated: 'Evil omen was mentioned
before the Prophet; he (the Holy Prophet) said, “If there was [such thing as]
bad omens in anything, they would have been in houses, spouses and horses.”
[al-Bukhari (5093) and Muslim (2225)]
-we are to
practice tahqeeq (verify)
-these omens nullify your deeds
-can't believe in qadr AND omens
-some are racist, Barelvis, prejudice, evil
16. Disobeying your parents with
re: to a REASONABLE request
-some are racist or Barelvis or prejudice or evil
Shia beliefs:
Imams are God (Jila-ul-Ayoun, Vol. No. 2, Page No. 85)
The Imams know when they will die, and they only die by their choice. (Al Kafi vol.1 p.258)

All the Imams are infallible just like the prophets. The Shia derives their religion from their immaculate (infallible) Imams" (Usool al Kafi, p. 22)
This day, those who disbelieved have given up all hope of your religion, so fear them not, but fear Me. This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My Favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion. But as for him who is forced by severe hunger, with no inclination to sin (such can eat these above-mentioned meats), then surely, Allah is OftForgiving, Most Merciful. (Al-Ma'idah 5:3)
Every prophet came to establish justice on Earth. His aim was also to establish justice but he was not successful. The same is the position of the Seal of the Prophets who came to reform human society and establish justice but failed during his lifetime.' (Ittihad wa-yak-jihati:15)
-Shias practice ethnic cleaning against Sunnis in Iraq
-some parents don't want their kids to do jihad or perform any of their
obligations
-this is NOT a reasonable request, so you can disobey for this cause
-some parents care about dunya only, so is glad when they die so they
don't oppress your Islam anymore
-Hindus hate Muslims more than anyone does and these are killing unborn
baby girls
-Shiite parents are often unreasonable without their requests and they are not REAL Muslims
SHAIKH
IN AFRICA:
-sister told Shaikh her daddy wouldn't let her marry because she was a
breadwinner in family
-he wanted her to be 40 and single (old-maid)
-Condoleezza Rice is married to power (she's an old-maid)
WOMAN'S FIVES NEEDS:
1>INTELLECTUAL,
2>EMOTIONAL,
3>SPIRITUAL,
4>PHYSICAL,
5>FINANCIAL
-an educated woman wants to marry someone on her own intellectual level
-Ibn Hanbal says if your daughter graduated from a university, you're not permitted to marry her to garbage worker (Abu Hanifa and Imam Shafi agreed)
-you can't marry BELOW your level
-the Maliki madhab went against this by saying you can marry anyone
-if your daughter is an Arab, marry her to someone who speaks Arabic to preserve her heritage
~ IT IS NOT WISE TO MARRY BELOW YOUR OWN LEVEL ~
THREE PEOPLE ALLAH (SWT) WILL NOT ACCEPT THEIR SALAH:
1. Man who disobey his parents re: reasonable requests?
2. Rejects qadr
3.
Addicted to substances (and some Hadith add two more…..
4. Man who doesn't divorce a disobedient wife
5. Man, who reminds you of his charity
18.
To give false testimony / lie / bear false witness
-can't say Muhammad pulled the trigger when someone else did it
19.
To have a dog in your house (as a pet)
-kaafir women have cute dogs uses them to have some types of [private sex]
-angels don't enter the home where there are dogs or photos of things with soul or an unflushed toilet or where someone didn't make ghusl
20. Servants who run away from their master
21. Disobedient wives - salah is not accepted
-if you know you're disobedient, do NOT bother getting married
-man is the Amir of the home so listen to him
An-Nisa 4|34|Men are in charge of women by [right of] what Allah has given one over the other and what they spend [for maintenance] from their wealth. So righteous women are devoutly obedient, guarding in [the husband's] absence what Allah would have them guard.
Abu Huraira (RA) said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "If a man calls his wife to his bed and she refuses, and thus he spends the night angry with her, the angels continue cursing her till the morning." [Al-Bukhari (3237) and Muslim (1436)]
-you can refuse your husband when fasting in Ramadan
-he ought to know not to ask
-you pay $200 USD if you have jimaa with your wife during menses or
when still bleeding after childbirth
-Abu Hanifa says you can go to bed without ghusl if the blood stops
(but Ibn Hanbal said it's haraam .... she must make ghusl 1st)
-correct opinion is Ahmad Ibn Hanbal
22. If you're an Amir people detest
-Hosni Mubarak, Tunisian president (geezer) Ghadaffi
-geezer is another word for “man”
-step down if people hate you
23. To boycott the ummah (stop speaking to them
for > three days)
-better of the two is the one who gives salah first
Basically, it is Haram for a Muslim to desert his Muslim brother more than three nights for the sound Hadith recorded in Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim from Anas Ibn Malik from the Prophet (ﷺ) who said: "It is Haram for a Muslim to desert his Muslim brother more than three days" [Fatwa No: 84976]
It has been narrated on the authority of 'Auf b. Malik that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: The best leader is the one where mutual love exists between him and the people, and the worst leader generates mutual hate... [Sahih Muslim: (20/17) Hadith #4573]
Narrated by Anas ibn Malik (RA) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “No one of you truly believes until he loves for his brother what he loves for himself.” [Al-Bukhari (13) and Muslim (45)]
On
the authority of Abu Hurayrah (RA), who said that, the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The gates of

Hadith Qudsi
On the authority of Abu Harayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) from the Prophet (ﷺ), who said: Allah (mighty and sublime be He) says: Fasting is Mine and it is I who give reward for it. [A man] gives up his sexual passion, his food and his drink for my sake. Fasting is like a shield, and he who fasts has two joys: a joy when he breaks his fast and a joy when he meets his Lord. The change in the breath of the mouth of him who fasts is better in Allah's estimation than the smell of musk. It was related by al-Bukhari (also by Muslim, Malik, at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa'i and Ibn Majah).
-you can boycott your own wife for a month
-Rasool (ﷺ) did it
24. Backbiting and
slandering
-false accusations
-your good deeds will be transferred to the one you accuse
Abu Hurayra reported that the Prophet (ﷺ), said, "Avoid the seven fatal sins." They said, "Messenger of Allah, what are they?" He said, "Associating with Allah, sorcery, killing a soul which Allah has forbidden, except by legal right, consuming usury, consuming the property of an orphan, fleeing on the day of battle and slandering unthinking chaste believing women." [Al-Bukhari: (4/55) Hadith: 2766) & (4/51) Hadith 28 and Muslim: (89) & (1/39) Hadith 161]
7 DESTRUCTION (GREATEST) SINS:
1>Shirk
2>Magic
3>Murder
4>Ribaa
5>Robbing an orphan
6>Running away from battle
7>Slandering a pious believing Muslim woman
~ ONLY CURRENCY HE (سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ) ACCEPTS ON JUDGMENT DAY IS YOUR GOOD DEEDS ~
And why should not Allah punish them while they stop (men) from Al-Masjid-al-Haram, and they are not its guardians? None can be its guardian except Al-Muttaqun (the pious - see V.2:2), but most of them know not. (Al-Anfal 8:34)
That Day shall a man flee from his brother, ('Abasa 80:34)
And from his mother and his father, ('Abasa 80:35)
And from his wife and his children. ('Abasa 80:36)
Everyman, that Day, will have enough to make him careless of others. ('Abasa 80:37)
YOU WILL GUARD YOUR DEEDS ON JUDGMENT DAY
-you're not forgiven of Allah (سُبْحَانَهُ
وَتَعَالَىٰ) until the person you slandered forgives you
-the deeds are "transferred"
25. HATE WHAT ALLAH سُبْحَانَهُ وَتَعَالَىٰ HAS REVEALED
But those who disbelieve (in the Oneness of Allah Islamic Monotheism), for them is destruction, and (Allah) will make their deeds vain. (Muhammad 47:8)
That is because they hate that which Allah has sent down (this Qur'an and Islamic laws, etc.), so He has made their deeds fruitless. (Muhammad 47:9)
-Unitarians cannot go to Jannah (the reject Muhammad (ﷺ)
26. REJECT PROPHETHOOD MUHAMMAD (ﷺ)
Ibn Taymiyyah said: And it is known from the religion (of Islam) by necessity and by the consensus of all Muslims that whoever legalizes to follow other than the religion of Islam or a Sharia other than the Sharia of Muhammad (ﷺ), he is a Kaafir. And his kufr is similar to that of the one who believes in some part of the book (Quran) and reject some of it. [Majmua Al-Fataawa: Vol 28, p. 524]
27. GIVE YOUR WALAA TO THE INFIDELS
-your allegiance (bayah)
Verily, those who have turned back (have apostated) as disbelievers after the guidance has been manifested to them, Shaitan (Satan) has beautified for them (their false hopes), and (Allah) prolonged their term (age). (Muhammad 47:25)
This
is because they said to those who hate what Allah has sent down: "We will
obey you in part of the matter," but Allah knows their secrets. (Muhammad
47:26)
